What problems did the company come in with
Lack of calls and applications and no understanding of how to fix this. Introduced an opportunity to sign up for free training, but no one signs up.
There are no internal resources to collect and write quality content for the site, do not know where to start and how to organize the process. Because of these difficulties, they turned to us.
No online payment. Parents are not always able to arrive and pay on time on site. This causes athletes to have pauses in lessons and parents have time to “think” instead of paying for the new month on time. The situation is complicated by different costs for all 5 branches.
