What problems did the company come in with
Since the franchisee branches are registered under different legal entities, there are great difficulties in the payment procedure for parents, there is no possibility of online payment in one place for all customers.
High burden on center administrators with calls from clients for basic questions due to lack of up-to-date, collected in one place information for parents.
There is a desire to attract new clients, but I don't understand how to do it. It is possible to enroll a child in the center for free trial training, but there are very few applications, as there are no convenient forms of online registration.
The old website is glitchy and takes a very long time to load. This not only discourages potential clients, but also creates additional difficulties for parents trying to enroll their children in training.

Provided payment acceptance for 10 franchisees on one site
We created a website with individual subdomains for each branch of the network and integrated online payment systems for each of them. Now satisfied parents can pay for classes in a couple of minutes, and owners do not waste time on the operating system, as all the workflow and sending of checks is automated.
Creating a clear page logic and simplified access to information
We conducted a detailed UX-analysis of the current site, identified the main problems, supplemented and organized the key information on the site. Now clients quickly find the information they need, and new visitors spend more time on the site, because the content has become interesting and relevant.
Integrated easy-to-use forms for class enrollment and feedback
In addition, having redesigned the site logic, we placed attractive blocks with benefits, interactive elements and various CTA blocks on the site. New clients are eager to sign up their children for trial training sessions. These improvements have significantly increased the number of applications each month.

We performed a comprehensive optimization of the site, speeding up page loading by reducing the size of photos and other media files and improving the code. The site now loads instantly, allowing parents to use the site without delay. This has had a positive impact on customer feedback.
